In using this online payment portal, you agree to authorize CHARITY A. OLSON, P.C. (d/b/a OLSON LAW GROUP) to debit the bank account, debit card, or credit card entered by you into the online payment portal for the noted amount on today’s date. You understand that this is an electronic transaction and these funds may be withdrawn from your account immediately. You will not dispute OLSON LAW GROUP debiting your bank account, debit card, or credit card, so long as the transaction complies to the terms entered by you into the online payment portal.
Your access to and use of the online payment portal is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the online payment portal.
